Experience your day content and relaxed practicing Yoga. The Novartis Sport Club is offering virtual sessions.

Yoga sessions contain relaxation and breathing exercises, as well as stretching and strengthening of the body. Yoga stands for harmony and wellbeing of body, mind and soul. You will practice simple but effective breathing, concentration and meditation exercises while moving your body through the asana (posture) practice.

The ability to focus and flow will leave your body, mind and soul satisfied.

Each session is a stand-alone session, held in English and will last 50 or 60 minutes. We recommend attending the course on a regular basis.

The sessions are taking place either virtually, in live via Teams video or hybrid (virtually and in person).

Dates: every 2nd Monday / Time: 17:30 – 18:30 (hybrid)

Dated: every 2nd Tuesday / Time: 18:00 - 19:00 (virtual or hybrid)

Dates: every Wednesday / Time: 12:05 - 12:55 (hybrid)

Dates: every Friday / Time: 12:05 - 12:55 (hybrid)

In addition, US colleagues classes are accessible virtually on Mondays and Fridays: 18:00 – 19:00

Location: in WSJ-Forum 1 or at home via Teams video (the link is provided on the calendar invitation)

Clothes and other things: comfortable clothes and towel (and yoga mat for home sessions)
