Start your day content and relaxed practicing Yoga. The Novartis Sport Club is opening a yoga section this summer, by offering weekly morning sessions.

Yoga sessions contain relaxation and breathing exercises, as well as stretching and strengthening of the body. Yoga stands for harmony and wellbeing of body, mind and soul. You will practice simple but effective breathing, concentration and meditation exercises while moving your body through the asana (posture) practice.

The ability to focus and flow will leave your body, mind and soul satisfied.

Each session is a stand-alone weekly session, held in English and will last 60 minutes. We recommend attending the course on a regular basis.

Dates: every Tuesdays / Time: 7:45am – 8:45am -> currently full
